This will never happen... but I wanted to throw it out there just to see what people thought and get some conversation going. What if the following happened:

-Saints 14-2
-Colts 14-2
-Vikings 14-2
-Patriots 12-4
-Chargers 12-4
-Bengals 12-4
-Arizona 12-4
-Dallas 12-4
-Titans 10-6/9-7 and make playoffs

Based on how all players have been playing this year, who would you give your MVP vote to?

Including Vince Young just to see if anyone would vote for him turning that team around.

If not brees then I would give the nod to manning over farve simply because farve has a better team around him. even though farve is having an amazing season.
 
I'd have to say either bree's or manning.

as good as farve is playing i wouldn't give it to him....he'll probably win comeback player of the year though.
 
What if the Jags were to finish 12-4, or 11-5, and make the playoffs? Would Jones-Drew get any consideration? He only leads the league in TDs scored.
 
If the Titans get to 10-6, it's Chris Johnson. He would have unreal numbers and would have led his team to an unreal playoff berth.

What about Vince Young? They start winning once he starts playing again. It seems like he has given a spark to the team, that's got to count for something.

That is true, but I think the fact that he didn't play the first four games and only got meaningless snaps in the next two would hurt his chances.

but CJ didnt do sht except tht one game VS houston early in the year before they went on this winning streak. If anything Collins was keeping tht team in contention thoughout those losses.

No, Collins took the team out of contention because of shitty playcalling. They do not win games when he throws as many times as his age.

Look at Johnson's carries throughout those first six games. Only once, he carried the ball over 20 times and that was against the Jets with Kris Jenkins. And you know what happened in the fourth quarter? CJ hardly got the ball and Collins put up an outstanding 0-13 in the final stanza.

Now look at the last four wins, how many carries does CJ have? 24, 25, 26, 29. Even if he doesn't break one early, you keep going to him cause eventually he's going to.
 
the answer is always peyton manning. the award is most valubale player. the pats went 11-5 with that bum cassel. the colts would go 2-14 with sorgi.
 
*IF Brett Favre continues to have games where he has 4 incompletions and a truckload of TD's to no interceptions...as much as I hate it, he deserves MVP.
