Virtual Sports Network Championship Series​

Ever wanted to prove to everyone that you're the best?

Sick of playing people that disconnect or glitch their way to the top, when you're CLEARLY better than they are?

Want to get to know the community and have fun doing it?

The VSNCS will be an ongoing ranking system of all PS3 members on VSN. You play a game, and you get ranked. Win and climb the boards, lose and slide your way down.

I will not be involved in this because I am compiling the rankings. There are five factors that go into each contest:

Your team
Your opponents team
Your rank
Your opponents rank
Home field advantage (very minimal weight)

Who can participate? Everyone. If you have 1,000 posts or 0, you are welcome to join the rankings. No signing up, no locked teams, no deadlines. All you have to do is post the teams in the competition, the score, and who had home field advantage. THAT'S IT. The rest will be taken care of by me.

General Expectations:

1.1 All participants in the Virtual Sports Network Championship Series are required to display exemplary conduct. Good sportsmanship, pride, honesty, and integrity are not suggested, but rather demanded. Not upholding to these guidelines, the ones listed below, or anything the commissioner feels could be harmful to the league, will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.

1.2 The league games will be played in a freestyle manner. It is in the leagues best interest to be open to all different play-styles. However, with that said, the use of glitches will be strictly prohibited. The intent of the league is to have fun, and if someone becomes a cancer, whether it’s through glitches, abusive/repetitive play-calling, rocket catches, constant deep passes, etc., they will be banished from the league.

1.3 You have to be across the 50 yard line to go for it on 4th down.

Feel free to play games whenever you want, even if you play somebody online or whatever, tell them to join up and get them involved. The more people we have and the more games that get played, the better this is going to be.

yah my madden has been fucked up for 2 weeks so my first time in awhile Matt Jones Caught that DEEP DEEP DEEP BOMB THO AT THE END then took garrard slow ass 20 secs to get up there

The points might look a little strange, and that's ok. It has nothing to do with the final score by the way, so running it up won't help you at all. Nobody has to understand how it works but me. :shifty:

Let's keep these games going fellas.

Oh, and as a little hint since I know what the point system is like, you might want to play a lot of games early, because the new-comers are ranked pretty high (the worst anybody can do right now is third).
