how do you figure, he can be a long term option everyone is always so quick to throw him away hes not the biggest guy or does he have the strongest arm but he wins and I would like to keep that long term

No substitute 4 strength.
Gradkowski reminds me of Jeff Garcia. Nobody gives this guy a chance, yet he goes out and plays smart, plays hard, and has good mobility and great toughness. I wish we'd just let this guy play the entire season to see what he can really do.
That said, don't know if the Raiders will win. Like every week, OL is banged up and bad.

Fatass kicker loses us the game three missed field goals the third was an easy 32 yarder set up perfect in the center....I liked what I saw from gradkowski he put us in perfect position to win .
