Outcome depends on whether or not Ray Rice plays. He's the only RB to top 100 yards against the Steelers in 30-some games, I believe. If he plays and is effective, opens up play action to Boldin, and this one is gonna be a first to 14 wins type game...

I'm excited for this game, although not nearly as excited as I would be if Roethlisberger were playing. Just fun to see these two teams at full strength when they try to kill each other. Also, if I'm not mistaken, the Ravens have a nasty habit of injuring Charlie Batch (not that that's too hard, considering he's made of glass).
 
I think the magic of the QB Carousel runs out tomorrow with a very good Ravens defense. I don't think this will be a high scoring game.

Really tough pick. I'm just going with Pitt; they're at home and they've proven to be able to succeed regardless of who's behind center, whereas Flacco will occasionally create problems Baltimore wouldn't otherwise have...
 
My heart can't take these games.

My god, I about killed myself when we got the strip/sack and Ellerbe couldn't pick the ball up and fall 2 yards for the TD. Ended up not mattering because of the penalties, but shit. I have no idea where my two dogs went, I think I scared them with the yelling...LOL.

LOL same. My dog and cat are both MIA after that shit. Only I'm on the other side of it.
 
It's unreal how many times the Ravens offense has fucked the defense in the ass with no lube this year, and the defense hasn't broken on any of them.
 
That's true by the nature of the QB position, but if people are going to play the "what if" or "we didn't have..." game, it has to be noted. I think Ngata is easily the best player on the Ravens D right now, but not having Reed is still huge.

I dunno, do you think the Steelers let Ben throw on that last drive instead of playing conservative? I don't know that Ben changes the game a ton, Batch seemed to be on point down field but our DBs, especially Webb, just made some tremendous plays on the ball.

We will see either way in November, when everyone is *hopefully* playing. I think that game decides the division. I know the Ravens lost to the Bengals but I don't think anyone on the planet outside of Cincy thinks they are going to do much.
