Lol! So call me crazy but I think Carolina has a good chance at winning this game. The running game is finally going and if we can get Delhomme comfortable I think the Offense can do great things. Carolin's pass D is the best in the league so I don't see Brees going crazy on us. Carolina finally gets turned around and recognized as a great team after this game.

The scary thing about the Saints is they have a running game to backup the passing game. Carolina has 24th ranked run D. IF they can slow down the pass then Pierre, Mike, and Reginald will pick up the slack and run away with it. Delhomo is too prone to throw picks and the Saints lead the league in INT's. I expect a more than 1 pick six in this game
 
Looks like Sedrick Ellis is going to be out this game, the Saints are going to get a huge dose of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Duck this game.

I think he went out against miami and we won that game. He was out against ATL and we won that game. He's important but missing him doesn mean the rest of the D is going to slack that much. Long third downs are going to be the Panthers downfall in this game.
 
Upset comming. Carolina's pass D is good and the run d is better with Hollis Thomas in the middle. May be getting Thomas Davis back as well.

Saints big.
 
Division game, and Carolina has a top-notch rushing attack. My Saints struggled to contain the outside against Atlanta, and Turner ran for 150+. Gotta do better with that this week.

It's not a "gimme" game, but I'll take the Saints, just because they're the better team and it's in the Dome.

That said, unless its this year's version of the Bucs, any divisional game is gonna concern me.
 
Dunno why, I can see this being an upset special, especially if Brees has one of his clunkers and the Panthers get DeAngelo and Stewart rolling. Wouldn't be surprised if New Orleans blow the doors off them, but I reckon 23-17 to the Panthers.
