What is wrong with the Patriots?

Does anyone else feel that the playcalling is the reason for the Pats lacking as of late. Their offense is so stagnant inside the redzone. I can't remember the last time Brady has thrown to the TE Watson. I don't care if its week 13 fire the O coord.:confused2:

IMO, I think their defense sucks. Their O makes way more plays than non-plays. I think the defense is greatly missing big players. The whole "we can do it with average players and good coaching" doesn't fly in the NFL to me. You gotta have a couple big time players on both sides of the ball.

Their defense played fine today and made countless stops. It was the Patriots failing to put up any points in the final 20-25 minutes that hurt them today. Which is pathetic, considering Brady was 13 for 14 with 270 yards and two scores before that point.

I think the biggest thing wrong with the Pats D is that they have no pass rush at all. The run D is fine but when you have no pass rush it puts our secondary at an even greater disadvantage.

Also, did anyone else watch Adalius Thomas like I did today? He was pretty much getting stood up at the line every single play.

I think they are just easing CHung into the system. No rush with Merriweather and McGowan doing well back there so far. They do need more LBs but I feel like Guyton and Mayo are a good base. I want to see what McKenzie (IR) has next year. I really feel like the defense is not that bad its just the pash rush is leaving them exposed.

The patriots have officially no youth. I was checking retirements in a franchise, and the patriots usually had the most retirements for the first few seasons. I mean, they could have gotten a better line backer in the first round instead of trading for 3 picks for next year (which they will trade again, and again, and again) instead of getting chung, who isnt even starting.

I don't mind Chung. He would probably be starting if it wasn't for the surprise emergence of Brandon Mcgowan. Chung also does pretty well on special teams and when they have him blitz he looks like one of our best pass rushers. (which is sad that one of our best pass rushers is a safety) He just needs to improve on coverage.
