LOL, If I'm in a groove on the mound I love to pitch.

If the bats are alive, I love to bat.

Fucking sucks when your ass is getting pounded by the opposing lineup or you can't manage to get on base to save your life.

I like pitching better. It's fun to try to out-think the opponent, especially online. Like on an 0-2 count, when you've been dropping low changeups out of the zone before, but this time you surprise him with a fastball at the knees and watch him strike out looking. Good times.

And batting on The Show frustrates the hell at of me. I get plenty of hits, but can't push any runs across the plate, either online or offline. It seems like as soon as I get runners on base, I hit into a DP or hit a weak pop-up to end the rally.

I enjoy hitting....pitching makes me mad because I feel like I could give up a home run at any moment.

Especially when I hang one dead smack in the middle of the zone

Same here. I'm a huge fan of pitching I feel like there is more of a thought-process, more thinking, more strategy, etc.

Maybe if pitching AI ever gets better and you start getting realistic pitches in realistic counts then it'll be different but definitely pitching and defense right now.

Obviously in building a team pitchers are important, but if I could, I'd just skip over to hitter every inning.

I love hitting, but have way more success pitching.

At least with pitching, I can focus on hitting my spots and just try to minimize mistakes. I just feel powerless at the plate sometimes.

Playing the field was always my favorite part of real baseball, so in my RTTS I try to not take my at bats to the field. But hitting frustrates me just as much in The Show as it did all through High School.

Really differs for me. If they don't have pleasing stances and forms, I like batting. But pitchers with good form I'll take pitching.

Pitching is more fun then hitting. You get to make a plan on how you pitch to people and stuff like that. Pretty fun.

When playing online, breaking out the long ball is nice, but fanning batter after batter is so much sweeter.
