The easy answer is RGIII because he's the only one going into a scheme where all the pieces are already set. I thought this was already kind of a given.

It's training camp, anyone who has been in an offensive for four seasons like Grossman, whose job as backup is to learn the playbook front to back, and then back to front, will pick the defense apart. I'm actually more worried about this for RGIII, not because of Grossman being any threat to start, but that the Shanahan's aren't going to take the game plan down a notch for his rookie season.
My order would be RGIII and Weeden, followed with Luck. RGIII has a better overall cast including defensive unit. Weeden has a strong rushing attack and good offensive line, but the team isn't there yet. Luck has some weapons, but this entire team is in rebuilding mode and it's the first year with a new coach and new schemes.
