Will Detroit Finally Win a Game?

it would bethere first win in 20 games actually (including this one against washington) they are currently on a 0-19 skid.
 
Washington are a team in disarray but overall they have enough pure talent to outplay the Lions. So long as Portis does play and is not limited by his injury.

The Lions are still awful, wrecked by the Saints, and took advantage of a slow starting Vikings team. They will win a game or two this year but not this week.
 
I thought they would beat Washington early in the week but at this point most of the media is saying the Lions are going to win, because of that I don't think they will now.

The Redskins offense is complete ass, that is the only thing that gives the Lions hope. Campbell is absolutely worthless, Portis is hurt and aging, Moss is the only WR they have worth anything and he gets doubled so he doesn't do much these days, Cooley is good, but he's not going to win the game alone. On top of that, their offensive line is in shambles and their head coach is an idiot. If the Lions can keep it close, and this is an offense that they can do that against, who knows?

it's ok krul, i only know it cuz i am into that stuff, fans can always come over the top of me with their teams info, especially the few lions fans there are left in the world. Detriot is one of the teams not named Pittsburgh that I acually don't hate, I amy even like them a little.

Well really it's hard to hate a team that's consistently sucked ass like the Lions have (and the Browns don't count cause their in your division ;)). But actually, I have to disagree with you bout the few Lions fans left in this world. There's surprisingly alot of them around and I think for as much as this damn team loses, we got some loyal ass fans. Now granted, we will tell you our team sucks (and it's always funny when you tell someone new that your team is the Lions and they try to talk shit like it's gonna bother you, but you actually agree with them and even contribute to their shit talking...their expressions are priceless, lol). Hell, even on this damn forum we got a good amount of regulars that are Lions fans.

Hell, I remember in the MM days when I had that "MM Lions Faithful" sig in my name with a list of all the guys that were Detroit fans, there was a good 20+ names in there.
 
it is amazing that some of the worst teams in the nfl have the best fans. why can't the cowboys fans just get with the program? if you're team is garbage, admit it, maybe even join the smack talk, and just go on.
