With the Bucs set to induct Lee Roy Selmon into the Buccaneers new Ring of Honor this weekend, I thought it might be neat to see who you guys would induct into your franchise's HOF or ROH, etc. I know some teams already have them, and if that is the case, simply list who you would add.

DE - Lee Roy Selmon *first pick in franchise history/franchise sack leader

OT - Paul Gruber *best offensive lineman in team history

RB - James Wilder *best all-around back in franchise history

RB - Mike Alstott *franchise leader in touchdowns

TE - Jimmie Giles *best TE in franchise history

WR - Mark Carrier *franchise leader in receiving yards

WR - Kevin House *2nd in receiving yds/receiving touchdowns

CB - Ronde Barber *franchise leader in INTs and defensive touchdowns

WR Drew Pearson - Mr Clutch. How hes not in already is unbelievable.

CB Everson Walls - 3 time All Pro, 4 time Pro Bowl, lead league in INTs 3 times

SS Charlie Waters - One of the smartest players ever, 2 time All Pro, 3 Time Pro Bowl

DE Ed "Too Tall" Jones - 108* sacks, played 240 games, 3 time All Pro/Pro Bowl

TE Jay Novacek - Troy's safety, rarely dropped a pass, 5 time All Pro/Pro bowl

HC Jimmy Johnson - Built one of the greatest dynasty's in all of sports, won 2 super bowls. Probably would have won at least 4 straight.

Danny White - Took the team to 3 straight NFC championships, 62-30 as a starter, 155td

SS/FS Darren Woodson - 5 Pro bowls, 3 All Pros, All time tackler (1,350), Would cover the slot receiver due to his exceptional cover skills, never shied from the big hit

OL Larry Allen - 11 time pro bowler at T and G, 6 time all pro, dominant and once benched 800 lbs.

C Mark Stepnoski - Arguably the best center in cowboys history, 5 time pro bowler, Member of the NFL's 1990's Decade team.

G Nate Newton - Huge dominant player, 6 time pro bowler, 2 time All Pro,

T Erik Williams - Pounded the D into submission, 4 time Pro Bowler, 2 time All Pro, Reason for the Erik Williams Rule

That list is pretty weak, but the Bucs were really bad for a number of years. I do think Jimmie Giles was a top talent who unfortunately was stuck with really bad QBs . Its also interesting how quickly people forgot Hardy Nickerson. His name is never mentioned as one of the all-time great MLBs.

That'd be mine. House was good, but not really what I'd look for in a team HOF. Wood was closer, but I still wouldn't put him there. Alstott was fun to watch and a fan favorite, but you could argue that Dunn was a much better back on tose same teams. Alstott always gets overrated. I was tempted to put Donnie in there, but he wasn't here long enough. Kelly, too. He was here longer, but not consistent enough.

And of course Sapp was the face of the franchise after Nickerson. Brooks was arguably a better leader, depending on what you look for in that, but Sapp was the guy you thought of when you mentioned the Bucs post-Hardy. The media coverage he got that Brooks never sought played a big role there.

I actually had Donnie in my original list and then took him out. I actually feel like the list is too big. But, Alstott would be put in solely on the fact that he had such a following and he is the franchise leader for touchdowns.

I'm just gonna add to your pretty perfect list.

Ozzie Newsome - Awesome GM... purely genious. He trades up for a D2 player named Joe Flacco? Who is laughing now. Lets not even get into his great 1996 draft class. All he had was 1 hiccup (Kyle Boller) and that was more Billick then Newsome.

Jermaine Lewis - Ok, he's a special teamer. But he is the equivalent of Cribbs, etc... While in his prime, no one kicked his way and everyone remembers his superbowl return.

Terrell Suggs - He's getting in, may be a bit early. But he did rack up 40 sacks in 4 years in the league and he just now hit his prime at 25 years of age.

Mike Flynn - Last of all, a bit pushing it but, he anchored our o-line from 2000 to 2007. A online that although didn't break much passing records, demolished the ground game. Leading for Jamal Lewis to break 2k in 03 and numerous 1k+ marks.

Tony Boselli- He's already in but I just wanted to point out that he was the first player the Jaguars ever drafted and was a hog on the offensive line.

Jimmy Smith- Never has a WR meant so much to one team. He played his entire career in Jax and has every receiving record on the team.

Mark Brunell- In his prime he led the Jaguars to numerous winning seasons and playoff appearances. He has all the QB records too.

Fred Taylor- He is probably my favorite Jaguar of all time. He meant a lot to the franchise in the earlier years and into the transition to today. He holds all the rushing records other than some bullshit ones MJD has.

Keenan McCardell- He's iffy but in his prime was a deadly combination with Jimmy Smith.

After that, I think these guys have a good shot at the HOF as long as they play out their careers as predicted.

Is Willie Roaf in?

The Chiefs induct someone every year, so he could definitely make it in. I didn't list him because he spent most of his career in New Orleans. The Chiefs had one of the best lines in recent memory with him, though, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if the Chiefs put him in.
