In the movie "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street" there is a scene with Big Bird on the roof alone and you hear snow crunching foot steps and bells. It's supposed to be Santa but I always freaked out at that part because I was convinced Big Bird was going to be murdered.

When I was younger I use to have this apparently cheap TV in my room that would turn on by itself with that white noise. Luckily this trend started and stopped before I saw the movie, and not after.

My parents made we watch this before they'd let me watch 'Watership Down'.

'Watership Down' fucked up many a childhood of my fellow 80's children. After 'Plague Dogs', 'Watership Down' was like Mary Poppins to me.

I watched it again last year. I still thought they were going to make it. I still cries.

We watched 'The Day After' with Steve Guttenberg the day before, we all laughed. Next day we watched 'Threads'; most of us cried, some kids in the class were sick.

I watched it again two year ago, I couldn't eat for two days afterwards.

My cousin had one of those clown in her bedroom. MMaaaan I used to throw a blanket on it or straight up put it in another closet.


2$ to the man who can identify this movie and scene. All I have is a vague memory that creeped me out. Circa 1983-84 or so.

Night time , scenes of the house as a boom box is turned off by some unscene force , an inkwell (?) is knocked over...then a woman in bed , suddenly a bunch of ugly hands reach out from under the bed pulling the sheets down and holding her down ad another hand rises from the foot of the bed with a knife.
