Ironically FMJ bullets actually have less stopping power than hollow point bullets :o

Full Metal Jacket/cop killers/armor piercing.

You are right. FMJ bullets have a deeper penetration because of their tip and construction.

IF IW did this correctly, then it should allow the FMJ perk user to drop a guy behind cover.

Hollowpoints kill targets easier, since they will explode essentially on impact, spreading the metal out through the body. FMJ bullets will just blow out the other side of your victim.

The reason I said it was similar to stopping power is because it did more damage. It does do quite a bit more damage from what I've seen too.

FMJ replaced deep penetration.

i am also curious about cold blooded and the heart sensor. i use cold blooded on HC modes but idk if it blocks the heart beat sensor

I think scrambler does the opposite of its intended effect. Whenever I see my radar start to fuzz out, then I know there's an enemy near me...kind of defeats the purpose.

And from when I was using FMJ on the M4, I didn't notice enemies dying any quicker.

I think in order to get 100% you have to play on Veteran or whatever is the hardest difficulty. I played on Regular and also have 50%.

Yup, which I never will. I did get to 65% completion after finding all the intel.

why dont you beat it on Vet? Once you try a level a few times you know how it goes and Vet shouldnt be too hard.
