Of course he does. Manning's got a spiral issue, and it does have an effect on his long range accuracy. For some reason, he throws a lot of lobsters.

As much as you guys hate him, and the cowboys, you have to agree that he has a good arm, and is a very accurate QB... he just makes bad Favre/Grossman like decisions.
