I think to 2on2 is a good thing because they want to keep a nice flow with a game instead of a lag and pause filled game. Either way its a very positive thing

dont think lag would be a problem. NHL doesnt have any lag and if it does it is minimal and I am pretty sure all EA games are on the same server.

Not sure at this point how much this feature will be used unless there are a lot of 2 on 2 leagues formed to drive it. I would hate to see them add this and not add online franchise or leagues, which this could just be a pre-cursor announcement to come at E3.

This is cool but like some have already said, I want online franchise. I think that will be the next big annoucement though. I would also like to have back hardcore rank games, but I don't think thats going to happen. I wish there was a way to have better stat tracking vs friends. Like your overall record and other stats vs individual friends. So we don't have to use tracker threads again this year.

Heard some bad news... WTF!

At EALA When we were first told about Co-Op i thought it was great for online. Then I was told that you and a friend can only play against the computer not against 2 other people, or even 1 other person.
