30, 32 humans or any combination of at least 1 human and CPU teams, no flex scheduling (meaning you play a normal 17 week season in order)... few more minor tidbits just to satiate people looking for things to harp on. If you are, don't worry, it's coming.

If you have a league with all 32 human users but 2 don't play their game what happens? Can the GM of the online franchise sim their game?

It would suck to have someone holding things up. I would say 4 games a week is ideal.
