I am in my second season so far. I am a Catcher, 5'10 175 lbs.
First Season
Spring Training, I avg .250 with 3 HRs, but I started with the Reading Phillies, 50% through the season, I got called to AAA Ironpigs.
Second Season
Didn't get called for Spring Training, but started with the Iron Pigs. Halfway through, I am leading All-Star vote getter. .405 avg (1st), 18 HRs (2nd), 83 RBIs (1st), First in OPS and hits, and if they kept stat on runners thrown out, I am pretty sure I am at 95%.
I hoping to be called up to the Majors before the season ends, but who knows.

Update:
Second Season
3 weeks left in the season, the manager wants me to work on my Arm Strength, accuracy and blocking for the second straight advancement period. These are the last 3 weeks of the season, before september call-ups, not even sure if there are call ups.
Leading All-Star vote getter and All-Star MVP. .422 avg (1st), 25 HRs (2nd), 125 RBIs (1st), First in OPS and first in hits (205). My organizational rank is 2nd after Carlos Ruiz.
The Phillies are 10 games out of the wild card. I wonder if I will get called up to help out. Ryan Howard was out the entire season, so they have had a big hole on offense which they tried to fill with Adrian Beltre. I think they can use my bat.

Update: End of Second RTTS year.
The Iron Pigs finished off the regular season 1st in the league. I ended up with .405 avg, 222 hits, 31 HRs, 151 Rbis, 93 Runs. I was tops in AVG, HRs, Hits, Rbis, Runs, and OPS. I was second in Doubles. No errors on the year.
The Iron Pigs won the IL Championship and then the Bricktown Showdown with me leading the playoffs with 15 Rbis and 3 HRs.
And after all that, Lou Marson got the call to The Show instead of me. This guy misses 3 months of the season, doesn't even put up comparable stats in the one month he plays and still gets the call. Oh well, the Phills didn't make the playoffs anyway.
RTTS year 3
I have been invited to Spring Training. Half a month in, I am already leading the club in HRs and Rbis. Its amazing, I have 5 HRs already. I think alot of my long fly balls at AAA would have been dingers in the majors, since the parks are smaller. Anyway, I am meetin my goals during the games, and hitting for AVG so we will see what happens. There are huge holes in the lineup, Rollins signed with the Dodgers, Werth went to Seattle and for some reason Ryan Howard is no where to be seen. I don't even see spring training stats for him. Paul Konerko is at 1st instead.
I probably won't be kept. But I think its about time they called me up.

RTTS Season 3
If you read the post above, you will see that I tore through spring training. I hammered the hell out of the ball, and the Phillies kept me in the majors to start the season.
As of 4/28/2011, these are my stats
.520, 39 Hits, 14 Runs, 7 HRs, 16 RBIs
I am starting to lose some average here and there, but every time I hit the ball it goes a long way.
Also looks like Ryan Howard ended up having a Career Ending injury in the 2010. He was on the DL for the season, and then he does not appear on any roster in 2011. I couldn't believe it.
Here is the lineup of the 2011 Phillies:
CF Shane Victorino
C Me
2B Chase Utley
1B Paul Konerko
RF Jason Heyward (Rookie)
3B Adrian Beltre
SS Mike Fontenot
LF Josh Willingham
Jimmy Rollins signed with the Reds, not the Dodgers and Werth is with the Mariners.
Pitching Rotation:
Cole Hamels
Brett Myers
Joe Blanton
Carlos Carrasco (Rookie)
Kyle Kendrick
Bullpen:
Chad Durbin
Joe Bisenius (Rookie)
Clay Condrey
Bob Howry
Scott Eyre
Brad Lidge
J C Romero is with the Blue Jays and Ryan Madson with the Athletics. Jamie Moyer retired.
