Speculation is running abound right now on things Sony will announce. Below is a list:

A exclusive MGS game featuring Big Boss
A new MGS Portable Ops with the PSP
A remade FF7
FF7 release on the PSN (the ESRB is already out so no surprise there)
A price cut
Slim PS3 (which may be real pictures of it have been leaked for over a month now)
Zone of the Enders 3 (that is a personal wish but doubt it will happen)
Release date of Trico
Kingdom Hearts exclusive
God of War 3 footage
The new Twisted Metal (tenatively called Twisted Metal. made by guy who did GoW1 and 2)
A more hardcore gamer approach and shy away from casual gaming approach as Wii has and the 360 is jumping all over
A new Square Enix project/exclusive
