what game should i get?

i almost bought hawx yesterday but something told me to hold off on it and judging from the user reviews, im glad i did.

other games i been thinking about getting are

fifa 09
ufc 09
street fighter 4

dont remember what else i was looking at. any recommendations? ps3 or 360

I'd go with UFC 09, it's a shitload of fun and the replay value is quite high with the career mode (and you can go through all 5 weight classes). Online mode is real good (there's 2 "leagues" here on VSN, 1 for 360 & 1 for PS3), then you have the "Classic Fights Mode". As for the system, doesn't really matter I would imagine, I mean I only own a PS3 so that's what I have it for and it's great.

I also own FIFA 09 and I gotta say, the game didn't keep me as occupied as 08 did so that's why I'd pass up FIFA (and it's getting close for a new one to come out anyways).

And I have no clue bout Street Fighter 4.

UFC to me got kind of boring. I say personally go with Fifa 09 because its just great fun. Lots of teams, pretty deep manager mode, and developing your players is like an RPG somewhat. For how well your players do in games, they get a certain ammount of exp you can put on a player.

Also Be a Pro Seasons lets you build up your player from scratch to a world superstar with the same concept of developing as in Manager. They give a special camera angle focused in on your guy and you use him through the whole game.

The online is nice to because there so many people who play the game and a big population of them try to make games as relistic as possible.

For me personaly, i say get Fifa 09.

ive rented probably 15 games in the past 2 weeks trying to find a game i want to buy

i bought fifa 09 when it came out and i liked 08 better ... ufc 09 was boring to me ... having tried street fighter ... and i like hawx a lot except you have to play a lot of the offline missions (which are boring in my opinion) before you play online because otherwise your jets and missile packages suck and you cant kill anyone

in short, i would not buy any of those (unless someone claims street fighter is simply amazing). i am still waiting to rent tiger woods because it is always checked out. if i dont like it i will wait until ncaa gets some great rosters circulating or until madden comes out
