Expansion Draft Pool (June 4th, 2009 ed.

I went ahead and pooled together all the players that would most likely be in an expansion draft, for those of you who want to start an Association/Franchise with an expansion team.

Remember that you can only choose 1 player per team. For example, you couldn't draft both Kyle Lowry and Dikembe Mutombo from the Houston Rockets.

Also note that you get the 4th pick in the upcoming rookie draft in BOTH the first and second rounds. Use themessenger's expansion guide for help with that (except note that you have the 4th pick rather than the 1st in both rounds of the rookie draft, so trade the draft picks down a spot accordingly).

Here's the list I compiled as of June 4th, 2009 of unprotected players. Remember, unrestricted free agents are not allowed to be drafted in the expansion draft.
