ugh so sad. Looks like my NCAA 04 dynasty will continue on.

Guess I am going to be playing a lot of The Show 09 and Madden 10. Cause I'm not risking dropping $60 on this thing.Originally posted by ram29jacksonI already said months ago that Seattle wasn't winning any SBComment

"Non educated" is not a fucking term. Help yourself to a dictionary because you're making yourself look like a fucking retard.
That being said, I'll still probably get this game. I am too much of an NCAA junkie to pass this one up. They are slowly making the game better in terms of game play, plus they seem to have changed how speed works, which is a big plus in my book.Comment

So why should NCAA start from scratch with a game that was well received? Why risk doing more damage than good? Why not just fix all the bugs and repackage it with a few new modes and a create a team? I still think NCAA 10 will be a top sports game of the year and is a great foundation to something great in the future. Not to mention I believe EA told NCAA to tone it down and not out do Madden for a second year.
99 SPD > NCAA 09. It's understoppable.
As well, OD is why people had such raging boners over it, but after a while the glitches came out and the undetectable cheats were found and everyone gave up.
09 was a 'average at best' representation of REAL football.Comment

Originally posted by CPTryder1536Not true, "everyone" did not give up on the game. I ran a OD that went for 15 years and everybody had a couple of 99 speeds on their team but it made no difference in the gameplay. We all still had fun playing that game. I think playing against 99 speeds even made it more fun to gamelan around those 99 speeds.
I am very sorry that somebody whooped you up something nice in 09 and made you hate the game but like I said 09 was the best sports video game last year.
Are you retarded? There was no 'gameplanning' fucknuts, if you had the speed to matchup you could stop it, if you didn't, you couldn't. At any single point in a game, you send the 99 spd on a fly pattern and if the D doesn't have the speed to go step for step, it was 6. Every single time. Where's the 'gameplanning' and 'strategy' when a player can turn to that option on any given play?
I too played 4 years with some guys, I found it quite odd to see our entire conference ranked, although we couldn't have made the game any harder vs the CPU, because the CPU was incapable of reading a defence or rushing the football.
I'm glad you found it fun to play OD's, where promises were broken, recruiting was a joke (85 of the top 100 class going to ONE conference? okay!), not to mention the ridiculous ability for people to download the OD, sim to the end and gather up all the recruits overall numbers. That's awesome isn't it!
I'm glad your simple ass mind thinks the game was just like what you see on Saturdays!
For the record dipshit, NCAA 09 was not the sports game of the year. The critics said otherwise.Comment

Originally posted by CPTryder1536Like I said I am very sorry that somebody whooped you up something nice in 09 and made you hate the game, but I did in deed have fun game planning against the 99 speeds. I had fun watching other people game plan against my 99 speeds. I just played a game last night in my OD with a guy whose team was filled with 99 speeds and I beat him 24-21 every time he tried a fly route it was a pick and my corners were not even 99 speed. I remember my best game played was against Florida (another user) and our final score was 6-3 and his team was filled with defensive super stars. There is defense in the game you just have to know how to play it. Just because your experience was not that fun does not mean that "everyones" was not fun also. In the OD I ran recruits were spread around the schools evenly even to cpu teams. I just think that you are over exaggerating about "everybody", "every time", and "everything"
It must be nice to play against handicapped kids if they couldn't handle user catching with a speed advantage. Does your e-penis feel huge? It must be nice to have average skills in a game like this, maybe it would make it more fun on the whole.
There's no exaggeration, completing 80% of your passes with 50 team INT's over the course of a season, isn't real. Running back 25% of your KR/PR for TD's, isn't real. Starting freshman players with speed over senior players that are overall better.......and getting better production, isn't real.
There's no exaggeration. This game had more holes than your blind ass is willing to admit. And again, I'm sorry you fail to realize that this WASN'T the sports game of the year.
There's damn good reason for it.Comment

And I'm sorry CLW, I'm just pissed I finished fourth on the angry poster voting. I did keep it on topic so I figured I was in the clear. :moon:

My thoughts on '09- "It was a fun game after the patches as long as you played the computer or trustworthy humans and didn't abuse your own 99s", but to place it anywhere near a FIFA 09, NHL 09, or MLB The Show in terms of quality is absolute nonsense.
Yes, I had fun with the game. That does not mean I want it to continue down it's current path. I want a sim college football game, period. Being a college fan, I want NCAA to be my number 1, with Madden being my occassional break, not the other way around, which will clearly be the case this year.

Look, whether NCAA 09 was better than Madden 09 or vica virca is debatable... I did prefer NCAA, but I've heard good arguments to the contrary. Either way, you honestly think EA told the NCAA team to suck on purpose?

You know what you just made my work day that much better. I am going to save this conversation for tomorrow because I know I am going to need more of this to get thought my day. Handicapped kids? Some of them but most of the guys in my OD I have much respect for because they are great gamers. But these "handicapped kids" could not user catch the pass because I user picked dat ass (yea I got some skills). Nobody threw over 80% in my OD, it is called adjusting the sliders. But yea I am going to go ahead and get back to work, I will be happy to continue this tomorrow.
Not to mention the ability to, quite literally, run circles around the defense because pursuit angles were that bad.S.P.Q.A.
