Updated Madden 09 Rosters

I was wondering if anyone knew of any Madden 09 rosters that were updated with the rookies and free agent signings that I could transfer to a USB and put on my XBOX.

Sorry to jack the thread, but since when can you transfer rosters to an EA football game with just a USB on the 360. I thought you had to use the data transfer kit. Of course I haven't played madden or NCAA in two years.
