Can you double check that? Are you sure you aren't confusing them? After watching the conference championship games the other day it was like night and day. Fox crushes CBS's HD. CBS has the "ghost'y" shit you're talking about whenever the camera changes angles. It's hard to explain. Maybe it's only certain cameras that they use.
I asked a couple of co-workers about this yesterday and they all said that Fox HD blows CBS out of the water.
If you remember correctly the NFL threatened to cancel CBS's NFL contract a few years back if they didn't get their shit together and broadcast ALL of their NFL games in HD. CBS was the last broadcaster to still show games in SD. I remember watching almost all the Ravens game in SD only a few years ago.
So I highly doubt that the broadcaster that took the longest to get in line with full HD now has better HD then Fox. It just doesn't make sense.
Maybe it's DirecTv but I highly doubt it.
Yes, I'm sure. CBS is more clear than Fox most of the time. Sometimes it will be the other way around but its not that often. This is Dish Network btw.
I'm not saying CBS's signal is better, its just better when it gets here.
Fox has always been grainy and ghosty here. I'm not sure why and don't get me wrong, its not like its terrible, just noticeably different.
I don't find myself saying " I can't watch Fox". Plus, my comparison is on 106" of screen
