I am not a neat freak but I have no kids or pets and we both work full time. There really isn't any time to make a mess! I do pretty much hate clutter.........I throw alot of shit out or sell it.

Same here but I do have 4 cats (no, Dave doesn't live here).

My house is rather large though, plus its 2 stories so the clutter can be hidden easily. I have closets that could be spare rooms (in fact, one is )

lol, I'm renting this house out with 5 other kids and we each have our own separate rooms. My room happened to come with two twin sized beds in it. Why? I do not know. I have the best room in the house though so I don't mind it.

Also had to laugh at "it looks like 2 different setups where 2 different people sleep". The bed closest to the window clearly doesn't have any sort of sheet/blanket on it.
