I think the lights are pretty cool...but I wouldn't be able to use them while playing a game or anything. I like to be in complete darkness.

I like the lights. Agreed about not using them when playing a twitchy shooter or something like that. A game like Madden though? Why not...

I could see using it while playing music more than anything, assuming there is a setting for the light to change continuously.

You barely notice the lights when playing. I know when taking pics it looks over the top the way the camera captures it but honestly sometimes I forget they're on when I'm shutting down for the night.

I dont know what type of lights they are...but biased lighting is something some people swear by. However its usually not color its a pretty neutral 6500k light. Colored light is subtle can make for great ambience..tolerable for games but IMO not tv or movies.

So I originally had this wooden sofa as my game room couch. Hideous but just never got around to upgrading it.





Until today. This thing wraps around the entire back wall. Football season can't get here soon enough.
