I just back a few hours ago. We were at the course at 7:30 saturday and left at about 4:30. We left three friends there because they wanted to see the 3rd round start, we were dead from drinking, walking, and drinking. Right when we got back to the room they call the 3rd round due to rain.

duval cant seem to drive at all. Mickleson has been extremely inconsistent. I dont have a problem with barnes winning, but i would favor anyone who blasted a tee shot into johnny millers mouth. he is so annoying. He acts like an expert but i dont ever remember him playing in a tourney since i been watching golf the past 20 years. . US open nerves US open nerves....STFU!

I think the course is great but just doesnt fall into these players strength at all. Long hitters have a risk reward because they have to hit a perfect long shot in order to get it where they want. And the shorter players have to make real long 2nd shots that are perfect in order to get it where they want.

It seems like the players are their own worst enemy on the greens. They just cant seem to read the breaks. But there doesnt seem to be to many breaks at all. Good tourney though, even with the weather issues

Barnes is going to bogey so he will be at -6. I'm still confident in Tiger. He started playing really well tonight, and if he could go out and post a -4 or -5 I think that could get him atleast into a playoff. I'm saying he is going to win right here.

barnes did not bogey. He hit an excellent shot and saved par. Leaders are -7, still very early

duval is in the beach on the 3rd to start today. I expect him to fall out of contention. Tiger has been off all week. See if Sunday Tiger shows up today. I think it will come down to the to young leaders. Which on can maintain when they get to the final holes.
