This game just blows me away. The board play is just fantastic, it seams the phases of the game together in such a realistic way and is going to be a huge success. I loved seeing that defenceman in video two gloving the puck out of the air to keep it in the zone, playing defence in OTP can be an absolute bastard in 09 because you don't know if you can keep a puck coming your way in the zone or if it will end up rolling past you. The increased activity of guys off the puck is a major improvement. Seeing the momentum thing in full swing with the Isles throwing the puck away ... beautiful.
The developers really are striving for realism and crucially I think they know exactly what's lacking from the series that's needed. What a phenomenal game this is going to be.Comment

I laughed when they showed the curve shot and were like "look everyone, it's everyones fav goal".
This game is going to blow every game this year out of the water. I am going to trade in Raw vs Smackdown and Tiger woods when this comes out, because there is no point in having them when hockey comes back around.
