    Putting NIGHTMARES!!!

Picked up TW10 yesterday and have played a few 9-hole rounds. I am playing on Tour Pro difficulty right now. My major problem is putting. If I could just get my putting to a mediocre level I could probably be shooting just over par. Instead, I am shooting waaaay over par.

    My created golfers ratings are:

    Power: 4.1
    Accuracy: 3.0
    Short Game: 6.4
    Putting: 3.0

Obviously, my short game is pretty good. It has really helped me getting good position on the green, but, after that I just can't read the putt properly. I can clearly see the breaks - that isn't the problem. My problem is trying to line up the shot so I don't overcompensate or underestimate the breaks.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. I could actually be competitive in my career and the tournaments if I could just putt.

we all sucked when we started. Your ratings will jump up pretty fast. and soon you will be reading the greens much better.

I dropped down to Pro offline, so that I could use putt preview. I'd line up what I thought it was, then used the preview to see how far off I was. Thats helped tremendously on the Tour Pro difficulty.

Yeah as Beer said, get use to first aiming where you think the put would be, then preview it, then if you are off, figure out why you are off. Study the green with the preview on to figure out why you made the mistake, and how you can remember it later.
All you need to know when thinking of the NHL vs Madden series is the two people involved in making the games.

        "rammer" and "cummings"

The NHL series is a giver, Madden takes the load.

It took me four virtual months just to make an offline tourney cut, Leaf.
This game is tough this year and actually requires some practice.
