Any games out now or in July that I should look into getting?

I have a $20 gift card from TRU that expires in the end of July. I am debating whether to get NCAA for $40 but wanted to know what other games are out now or going to be out by July 31st (Madden is out of the question) that are worth looking into it. I already have UFC, Ghostbusters, TW10.....so any suggestions for any systems. I'm also been debating on FN4, since I'm not big on online gaming.

edit: just came to me....maybe I can put it towards preordering Madden. I usually don't preorder games but if it can get me Madden for $40, I'll do it. I will have to look at the back of the gift card to see if I can do this.
