Taking Screenshots

step by step:

1. Go to Replay
2. Find the shot you want
3. Click the PS button on controller
4. Go to Photos option
5. Click on Save Screenshot
6. Use USB to put screenshot on comp
7. Upload screenshot to photo hosting site

and USB's generally cost around 5 bucks
