    Fallout 3 Point Lookout impressions

Anyone even know this came out? if you have it, what do you think of it

ign gave a solid review, but another 10 bucks means your up to $100 for the game and the DLC if you bought all of them

I dl'd and finished point lookout today and it is my favorite dlc so far. That being said it is still to short for ten bucks. In all there are 15-20 new places to explore and maybe five quests. Lets hope mothership zeta can provide more than just four hours of gameplay but, I highly doubt it since all the other dlc's have been about this long...

Damn, well how long does it take you to usually finish the DLC Brees?

Still waiting on the Ps3 to be shown some love, stopped playing because of that.

All the other dlc's combined probably took me six hours to finish but, I still feel like they could have done more for 10 bucks, sadly I dont think they will make mothership zeta any longer than the others have been but, looking at their track record I'm sure it will be better than the others content wise. IMO even though they say that they are going to release the GOTY version with all the dlc I wouldn't keep my fingers crossed because they would be losing alot of money that they could be making on the dlc but I could be wrong...

i was watching a video on gametrailers. They called it fruits of life or something. Basically some trippy type of area where u enter and shake a tree and your dude falls down.....then gets up and walks a path with all these bobble heads....then comes across all these dead people in the water, like moria brown......

            wtf was going on there?

Spoiler:It is part of the main quest, you have to complete a trial for some tribals to gain their trust, and you trip out sort of like that vault were you trip except this time you actually see stuff like a bonesaw cutting through the world and a sewing needle fixing it all up, and you see your moms skelton on a stretcher and nuka grenades falling from the sky that make baby noises when the explode. All the bobbleheads in your hallucinating state all have smart ass comments it wasn't quite as cool as they could have made it though. From what I figured it was all just a ploy so they could go inside your brain and remove a part of it so a phycic can screw with you later on... If you manage to do the main quest right (you might get it back either way) youll get the piece of your brain back but, you cant ever put it back in but it does look kinda cool sitting on my desk...

Yea theres a lot of screwed up shit in this dlc like people that hung themselves when the bombs went off and a book like the necronomicon but i dont remember what it was called... Like i said you can tell they put alot more work into this dlc than the others and i expect the next to be even better,...

Bought it last night, I'll get around to it soon, right now I just completed Stealing Independence (for the 3rd time in 3 playthroughs) and am trying to get most of the main game achievements before moving to Point Lookout.

I loved both The Pitt and Operation: Anchorage. I still have to beat the main quest to get into Broken Steel.
