HDMI Help???

i have a new 360 pro which has an hdmi port so i plug it into it and the other into the tv hdmi port....but then i have this thing

what the hell do i do?

HDMI is only for video. That piece is used for Audio.

HDMI does both your video and audio. That is only if you wanted to run your audio to place other than your TV, like a surround sound system or something like that. You don't HAVE to do anything with it.
