I think it should be...

Hornets should be added to 2 Point Team

Sixers should be a 4 Point team

Hawks should be a 3 Point team

Grizzlies should be a 5 Point

Kings should be a 4 Point

IMO Win percentage should be incorporated somehow, so that those that play the most games don't have an unfair advantage.

Maybe just multiply the total points by your win percentage?
