lol @ comparing cod, a game produced by Infinity Ward that has a whole team working on it for 2 years, to a sports game with a small dev team that gets produced yearly.

Made by two different companies. Therefore each company has two years to work on each game like Yawk said.

The thing I didn't like about NBA 2K10 was mostly the canned dribble animations. It made it almost impossible to control your player on the court. Points were also too easy in the paint, and the dribble animations made it too easy to iso-cheese when playing PvP.

Im just hoping they have better crowd reaction, draft day needs to be better, and playoff atmosphere needs to be improved, also the trophy presentation.

Yes, presentation has always been 2k's shortcoming. Gameplay has always been awesome. 2k9 graphics and player models are fine. Tighten up the gameplay even further and throw in some presentation improvements and the game is worth my 60 bucks.

Should have figured out how to stop that on 2k8. If someone is too close, you slow down and hit the lay up. The strip comes when you go for the layup. It's easy to time the steal.

In real life basketball, players will slow down if they feel someone on their heels and let them blow by them.

The screen shot looks great I just hope they fix things to make it more realistic, like have small crowds if your team is doing bad, warm up outfits, better announcers etc.

It would be great to have a Memphis Grizzlies chise and have 4/5ths of the arena be empty.
