Call of Juarez 2

Never played the first one, heard it was so-so at best.

However this review makes this 2nd title in the franchise seem not too bad. Seems to be a couple technical problems pointed out in the review, but maybe something to wet the appetite for Red Dead Redemption?

The first was solid. Not great, but a half way decent game. It had a lot of technical errors as well but was definitely playable.

Definitely interested in what the 2nd one has to offer.

rented this last week, haven't had much time to play.

finished 2 of the 5 acts so far..took about 3-4 hours.


the game could use another level of polish, but i'm enjoying it. haven't tried multiplayer....

blasting guys away with the rifle is pretty fun, the storyline is alright, a good mix of wide open fighting and staged events.

definitely recommend this as a rental only, but certainly check it out if you like FPS titles.

I could never get into the first one. I hear the fixed most, if not all, of the problems from the first one.
