    Help Defending The Paint

    As you all know I'm a Knicks fan, so I use the Knicks in 2K9 for online play. I'm good on the offensive side, I can put up points. My problem is defending the paint.

    I don't know why but every person I have played is straight cheese, choosing elite teams and driving to the paint with ease with the Melo's, Kobe's etc. I usually guard the PG, and play a 2-3 defense, when they drive I switch to my Center for a swat block.

    I swear people might as well put the elite stars at PG and play like that. Because they inbound the ball to Lebron, then bring it up the court and just dunk.

    What is the best defense to play with this horrible defensive team?

            There really is not much you can use at all against elite players.

            You're best bet is to use lock on D and try to cut them off when they start their drive, then bringing help D from the weakside with a big man to try to go for the block.

              Yeah, that's the best way. But when you double, you run the risk of leaving a player open for a layup or 'J'. It's like pick your poison.
