FS 100% of the time. It gives me a good mix of being a run defender and pass defender. There is no greater thrill on NCAA or Madden than lining up in man coverage, back-pedalling and stepping in front of a receiver for an INT all on your own with no CPU assistance. I couldn't imagine playing any other way.

Do you ever have an issue of not seeing the WR on the sideline because they aren't on the screen?
                I give rep not thanks

Well I probably can't speak for everyone on this subject since up until now, I have be playing on the PS2 which I am sure is different. But the only time I ran into this issue would be if I was in some sort of man coverage and the QB rolled all the way to the sideline and I was covering a WR on the opposite sideline. I'd say once or twice a game this would happen and it wasn't even a noticeable occurence.

I will be playing Madden on the 360 this year so hopefully it isn't an issue. If it is, I'll just switch to the new Wide Cam though.

Madden 07-08 - I used the Ravens and I jumped the snap all the time with Ray Lewis.

Madden 09 - I used the Falcons and I used the FS and the LE.

MLB most of the time...sometimes Ill switch to the DT if I feel like I need to get pressure. I wish I was better at controlling the FS but I suck at it so I just stick to the MLB.

It just takes a little bit of practice man. You'll have it down in no time.

                            DE, DT, or blitzing LB

                            I have zero stick.

Your not the only one man! I do the same thing. I started it last year. To me, playing the corner position in Madden is the ultimate challenge. I love it! I can go up against Moss and get burned or I can shut him down. Sometimes, I rarely see any action to my side of the field so it is important that the rest of my CPU teammates can handle the job. This season, I will be controlling Aqib Talib.

That seems pretty difficult due to the camera. It seems a lot more possible with the wide camera though. I may give it a try.

Only thing I prefer about the safety position is that you get the best of both worlds. You can cover and help out in run support. You can even rush the QB in some situations.
