About to get the game, a few questions....

I have a few questions as i finally found someone on craigslist to take Fallout 3 from me and hes trading me for this game...



Are relievers extra effective on this game? Why do all these sliders i see have relievers with 0 stamina in the sliders?



Who has the best rosters? Is it still the Knight guy id saw mentioned around here.




Is there still horrible lag online? I had the show 07 and the lag killed the game for me. If so i'll likely just play offline chise.

I have been tearin RTTS apart, I just have way too much fun with it. Knights rosters are still king. Make sure you update the game before you install the rosters.

Im not a huuuuuge baseball fan.I love watching it in person, but cant really watch it on TV. I got bored with 07 because it was so irritating to play anyone online. Im going to find some good sliders and try to run a season with the Cleveland Indians or Nashville Sounds most likely. My online gaming time is really cut since Kellen was born in March anyway. I found a kid who just got a ps3 for his birthday and the show came with it, but he doesnt like baseball so i should have it traded for by this evening.

Not happening guy believe me...I swear I've been saying the same thing for the past two years and it still hasn't happened. Bought 08 and 09 and I still have yet to play a single true MLB 9inning game.

RTTS is so damn addicting its unreal and now that my guy is a beast I doubt I will even have to buy next years version till my playing career is over.

I know the feeling, I'm at the halfway mark and I'm damn near at my yearly total for my last year season.

Really don't wanna jinx it, but I really think I'm on pace to break a few records ( Runs, SBs, and possibly Hits )

i had no clue about these custom sound packs, some guy on OS has been emailing all the teams for official song lists and just released a new file today. Im too hype about this.


It sucks that i have to manually enter every player though

I have a pretty good set of sliders I got online. I think they're from a guy over at OS and they're labeled "The perfect sliders" or something to that effect. His sliders have "CPU Comeback" off. Apparently after doing research and playing a ridiculous fucking game It's been documented that when that is off the CPU tends to comeback even more. This can only be changed during the game at the pause menu. So that's the only thing I'd change with those sliders.

Details on this and where and how you change this?
