im doing a spurs association and parker is like the 4th leading scorer on my team behind manu duncan and rj buti still can score with parker pretty well, do what ATB just said and do floaters, his floaters go in alot

Try learning the runner with tony parker, it's a very effective short range move that can get him jump started and hits a good % of the time.

When your driving to the lane let go of turbo and move the shot stick away from the basket and he'll perform a floater/ runner.
