Fight Night Round 4 Game Stop Tournament

I dont know if this has been posted anywhere but Gamestop is having a nationwide 4 round fight night tournament.

You have to appear in person to sign up. I just called in if you get there at 1:30pm you can sign up and jump on at 2:00PM. He said they had a few people signed up? I'd imagine no more than 10.

FUCK GameStop... Bastards.

So I show up 10 minutes before 2. Me and 2 other guys are waiting. So 2 o'clock comes around and it's just us 3. The Manager tells us that all 3 of us have moved on, and he will gives us the card in a bit. So we all say, can we just leave since we all moved on?

The manager then said we have to play for the T-shirt and poster. So we all agree. because we are all moving on.

So me and this dude are the first match. It's supposed to be 2 minute rounds, but he set it to 3. I stun him a couple times. I'm winning the whole fight. Then the final round comes up. He knocks me down, and I get up. Then with 39 sec left he knocks me out to win.

I would have won the fight because of the score card. I had 48. (Remember that).

So then 2 guys walk in and want to play. The manager says fine. And the second match begins between them two. So they fight, and the loser get's KO'd. His fight total was 45 points or 46.

So the tournament is over. And us 5 are waiting to see who moves on. The winner and runner up automatically move on. So theres 2 more spots. 1 goes to the guy who got a bye first round.

So it comes down to the 2 first round losers for the last spot. I'm thinking I get it because I had more points. JUST LIKE THE RULES SAY. Then he gives the card to the other guy and says you four move on. And too me he says, good luck next year.

I'm like WTF? We both lost in the first round, and I had a higher point total. PLUS you said that the original 3 that were there automatically move on. The 2 guys that were late, should have fought for the final spot.

he simply reply's.. "You lost first, Get over it" And walks into the back room.

Fuck That. I got Jipped.
