Nevermind man, I found a working D that works great. I was down against Buffalo 21-0 and using this Defense I beat them 33-38 in the end. And then I beat Eastern Michigan too. I guess bringing tons of pressure on the QB works very well in this game.

All depends who is the QB.....have an experienced one and he will pick you apart with slants and out routes.

Yeah control the LB's and give the QB all day to throw. Manual pass rush is the ONLY pass rush in the game. I saw Suh Get knocked down 4 times in one play. Such bullshit.

Suh's a 97 overall..you'd think he wouldn't get pushed around by anyone. Bringing heat is the only way to get pressure, either that or snap-jumping or aggressive DL play.

I mainly control Suh. And on that drive, the drive where Suh was pushed around, I was getting passed all over on by Missouri. So I got tired of it and controlled Dillard(MLB) and the QB had about 8 secs in the pocket before he threw about a 12 yard pass to a WR who broke off his route. The pass rush is non existent if I dont control it myself.

Side note: QC went off in this game. 104 yards rushing and 3 scores. Helu didn't do too bad himself. He had 84 yards rushing and about 50 receiving.

Also noticed that Marcus Mendoza is an 87 overall HB on this game. Nice, considering he saw about 10 carries at HB all season, and is now at WR. Also, on the initial roster...Marlon Lucky's still on there. Hilarious.

I didn't look at the original rosters. One of the first things I did was d/l the updated roster file. I'm not sure how Mendoza will work out at WR. He hasn't been what I had hoped thus far.

I am not liking this game either...online games seem to be heavily weighed by what penalties the CPU calls. I'm pretty sure I just had 10+ facemask penalties in my last game, not to mention a critical holding call which was huge in deciding the final score of the game.

Try running tampa 2 if you are giving up a lot of passes over the middle. Your MLB will drop a little deeper than the traditional cover 2 and it will be harder to get it to the TE over his head.

If you want, just hit audible on your MLB and flick up and he'll do that himself. I never run regular cover 2 anymore with how wide open TEs and Slot guys can get over the middle.

Also try to shift your safeties in before the snap.
