yea it happens all the time. for madden 08 they pulled a patch because MS wanted to charge them. and they never patched halo 3 on ps3 because sony wanted to charge microsoft.

I have a question regarding the patch. Will it affect all dynasties and online dynasties, or just the ones that begin after the patch is released?

Yes this is something I'm really curious about.

One of the EA guys over at OS said that the sliders would take effect in a dynasty that was already running. So if you believe what they tell you, you should be able to start a dynasty, and then when the sliders come out, they will work in your already running dynasty.

What about the dynasty accelerators? Will they be turned off if we start now? If you know.
