I'm giving up a lot of sacks because I like to hold the ball too long and look for big plays instead of taking my check downs, but other than that, my passing game is good.

You need to run quick plays that don't require tough decisions.

Run screens to your HB out of shotgun formations. I say out of shotgun because when you run screens out of formations under center, it's easier to get sacked because the DL is right on top of you after your OL goes to block downfield.

Quick slants out of any formation. Don't always focus on the slants though. If you go with a 4 wide set, the slot guys will run straight to the flats, and this route is money at times. Don't throw it if there are corners matched up with your guy in the slot. A lot of times, if you're playing the computer, they will cover slot guys with safeties and LB's, and that's when you want to attack the flats. Throw it quick, and sometimes the outside guy on the slant will come in get in the way of the guy covering your man in the slot, so it kinda acts like a rub play/bubble screen. Even if the guy covering the slot guy doesn't get picked, you still have a 1 on 1 situation to beat a guy. 1 missed tackle and it's usually a first down, with an opportunity for a big play, depending on the speed of the guy.

Just look for quick plays that are easy completions, and try to make plays with your receivers.

do you move out of the pocket? I find the protection to be GREAT this year if you just let the cpu auto drop back and dont get out of the pocket, just hit the icon when you're ready to throw. I play online only, but i very rarely get sacked.
