He's been reinstated, but he has a suspension coming if I'm correct. They are saying he'll be suspended for 6 games.

This is a conditional reinstatement. Michael Vick is available to sign with any team, participate in all team workouts, activities, etc., and I believe he's also allowed to play in the preseason games...but he won't be allowed to play in a regular season game until week 6 or 7, when Goodell will make the decision to fully reinstate him.

I would imagine EA Sports will wait until Vick has been full reinstated in October-ish to add him to the rosters.
