Washington for sure. I know this sounds crazy but try getting 4 kids from Idaho or Alaska/Canada. Once their your pipeline (dont worry you have no competition recruiting these states) a lot of the recruits will be more interested in you. You will now and then see 4 and 5 stars from these states and they will most likely automaticly be yours since no other teams recruit these places and their your pipeline. I did it with the cougs it works.
