Need a program that opens .RAR files.

I'm trying to download a .RAR file to use in NHL 09 on my Mac. I either get one that doesn't seem to work or one that wants me to buy it after so many uses.

Can anyone give me a free dependable program that opens .RAR files for my MacBook?
