I got the first 4 playing football, the rest have been in fights or random occurrences. I stood up too quick under a light fixture once, got hit in the head with a beer bottle that was thrown out a window above me, last week I got one when I was thrown through a table by a very large pissed off man.

Everytime you get one, it becomes easier to get another. That's why most people have had none or several.

Not quite that bad. It's still gotta be a pretty good hit, but I'm not terribly careful most of the time.
