    So you got slammed while you were applying a submission like above? Well, that that would be different. It depends on your characters STR rating and how deep the submission is. Typically strong guys like Rampage or Liddell can do the brute slam escape if the submission is at "Level 2" - the animation stance where it seems like the sub is close. You can't do it on command.

    But if it's like the following video:
