I was just reading an article about those prices.

Gotta wonder if they are placeholder values considering for an Aussie to buy some games off there, they'd be paying 30-40 bucks more than they would if it was brand new in the store.

Most of those games can be purchased retail for $19. I'm looking at a copy of Bioshock right now thats $19, ditto for Lego Star Wars and Indiana Jones.
