Is the roster update already out for the people who get it early/is downloading the Online Rosters the same thing as the roster update?

I got it in Reading, PA.

Talked to the guy about the early release. He said it's a great way to market his store. He never signed any waivers saying that he will release the game on time, and he can't be fined because he's not buying directly from EA, so that's why there are early releases. After watching a full game, yes i know, the game looks great.
