Well it's limit one per customer.

But yeah, even if you don't have a 360 find a Micro Center in your area you're still looking at $40 for a game that's retailing at $60.

And yeah, it's a small ass chain we only have 21 stores. We're mainly computer products but they are trying to build up a gaming department (we've had it for about 2 years).
